This function will enable you to parameter the type and the nozzle position of your system.
After answering point A, B, C and D you will receive the cut-out of the mold which will help you build in the chosen injection system.
- A. Choose the RUNIPSYS type of system.
- B. Choose the RUNIPSYS class of system according to the volume of the part.
- C. Define the type of thermal regulation.
- D. Finally, indicate the position of the injection nozzles and the type of tips required.
At this stage, by providing nozzle details, different calculations will be automatically prepared in order to check the feasibility of the system according to the technical constraints such as minimum distance between two nozzles, their position in relation to the centre of the mold etc… |

The MODULFLOW sequential injection system is a hot runner built in a steel plate integrating and keeping safe all hydraulic or pneumatic functions as well as electrical wiring and all connexions to the injection molding machine.
This complete set is supplied ready to assemble owing to its guiding columns; it is constructed from standard and parametarable designs and is compatible with any type of clamping systems.

The OPTIMAX sequential injection system is a hot runner equipped with electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic functions. The OPTIMAX system is directly fitted to the back and in the cavity block. It integrates the manifold equipped with injection nozzles and hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders. The electrical wiring, the (power cables) hydraulic and as well as the couplers are housed in a rigid channel.

The ONEFLOW system is an axial and offset single nozzle, available in “direct or valve gate tip injection” versions.
The design of this single nozzle is adapted to suit most housing and integration mold constraints.

The CANALFLOW system is a complete system especially adapted to direct injection.
Designed from standard and parameterable units, it can be easily fitted at the back of the mold or within a cavity block according to the number of injection points.
The manifold and the nozzles are entirely wired to the client standard. The CANALFLOW system also allows lateral injection with our inclined nozzles.
