The injection system marketed under the MODULFLOW brand is a complete assembly, forming the third section of the mould, supplied ready to fit, designed and made to measure on the basis of standards and parameterizable elements.
In its valve gate nozzle tip and sequential version, the MODULFLOW system hot half incorporates the manifold fitted with injection nozzles, electrical wiring to customer standards, hydraulic (or pneumatic) cylinders, a hydraulic (or pneumatic) control system, needle position sensors and the clamping function if necessary.
The back plate is also fitted with guide columns for easier and safer installation on the mould.
The MODULFLOW system is recognized for its reliability and ease of fitting, dismantling and maintenance. Each system is supplied accompanied with its own technical documentation.

The injection system marketed under the OPTIMAX brand is a complete assembly, supplied ready to fit into the mold , designed and made to measure on the basis of standards and parameterizable elements.
In its unique "valve gate nozzle and sequential version", the OPTIMAX system incorporates the manifold fitted with injection nozzles, hydraulic (or pneumatic) cylinders, electrical wiring to customer standards. The electrical wiring, the hydraulic and the couplers are housed and fixed in strong and rigid channels.
The OPTIMAX system can also be optionally fitted with a hydraulic (or pneumatic) control unit and valve pin position sensor.
The OPTIMAX system is recognized for its reliability, its easy maintenance and reduced encasement in the mould. Each system is supplied accompanied with its own technical documentation.

The STEPFLOW system is a complete assembly, specially adapted to staged injection, supplied ready to fit, designed and made to measure on the basis of standards and parameterizable elements.
In its valve gated and sequential version, for injection at the centre of the mould or in opposition the STEPFLOW system back plate incorporates the manifold fitted with injection nozzles, electrical wiring to customer standards, hydraulic cylinders, a hydraulic control system, valve pins, position sensors and the clamping function if necessary.
The concept of material transfer between the 2 manifolds ensures very good cavity balance, and the automatic valve connection guarantees a perfect seal.
In its direct injection version, the STEPFLOW system comprises 2 manifolds with the nozzles entirely wired to customer standards, with the link between the 2 sections provided by the material transfer device with automatic valve.

Under the ONEFLOW brand we have consolidated our range of axial and offset single nozzles, available in direct gating or valve gate tip injection versions. The design of these single nozzles meets most of the constraints related to installation and integration in a mould.

The CANALFLOW system is a complete system, specially adapted to direct gating.Designed using standard, configurable elements, it can easily be integrated into a plate, depending on the number of injection points.
The manifold and nozzles are fully wired to customer standards.
